Register with us as a New Patient

How to Register

We accept new patients on our list subject to residing within the practice boundary. Please note that once registered your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the practice.

Although your registration will be in the practice name you may request to see the Doctor of your choice. You will also be asked to attend for a new patient health check with our Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.

Catchment area

We can only register patients who currently live within our catchment area. Please enter your postcode below to check if your address is within our area.

Register online

We are using an NHS online service called Register with a GP surgery that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.

Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It reduces our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

Paper forms are still available if you need one.
